Recently, at the construction site of the second fire station project in Lulong County, the main body of the building with prefabricated buildings has been basically completed and is now entering the decoration stage.

In recent years, based on the advantages of traditional industries, Lulong County has expanded the prefabricated building manufacturing industry, the refined prefabricated building design and construction industry, and the specialized prefabricated building supporting service industry. Actively promote prefabricated buildings, promote the quality and efficiency improvement, transformation and upgrading of traditional industries such as the construction industry, and further extend the green building industry chain.

Lu Jingchao, the project leader of the second fire station project duty building project in the county, told reporters: "Our project is an on-duty building, which is a steel structure assembled structure. Its steel beams, steel columns and stair floors are factory-based and standardized production. After production, it will be sent to the site, and then sent to the site for an assembly. Just like building blocks, they are stacked layer by layer, and the wall panels are ALC wall panels, which are also directly installed on site as a whole. "

In addition to the fast construction speed, prefabricated buildings also have the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection. The prefabricated components, or parts, used in prefabricated buildings are produced in factories through automated production lines and are precisely controlled by computers, eliminating material waste. After being transported to the site, bulk building materials such as sand, brick, and cement used in traditional construction were abandoned during the assembly process, reducing construction waste. The components of prefabricated buildings can also be reused to achieve resource regeneration or material regeneration. Prefabricated buildings can be divided into prefabricated concrete systems and prefabricated steel structure systems.

Compared with traditional methods, prefabricated buildings can reduce construction waste by 70%, save wood by 60%, save cement mortar by 55%, and reduce water consumption by 25% during the construction process.

The fifth experimental primary school in the county is also a prefabricated building with a construction area of more than 9,800 square meters. The construction started in August 2019 and will be completed in December 2020. The construction period is only 16 months, and it is currently the largest prefabricated steel structure public building in Lulong County. According to Wang Jidong, director of the Energy Saving Center of the County Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau, prefabricated buildings are not affected by bad weather, and the construction period is more controllable. The construction error of cast-in-place concrete structures is often measured in centimeters, while the error of fabricated building components is measured in millimeters.

In recent years, new affordable housing projects and government investment projects in the administrative area of Lulong County are constructed by prefabricated construction, new public buildings over 3,000 square meters are constructed by prefabricated construction, and all commercial housing development projects are equipped with prefabricated buildings in accordance with the annual goals and tasks set by the superior. At present, 21 prefabricated construction-related enterprises in Lulong County have been built and 3 are under construction. It covers more than 10 prefabricated building-related industries such as steel structure, PC components, integral bathroom, interior and exterior decorative panels, ALC panels, integrated interiors, thermal insulation materials, design and construction, etc., it can undertake prefabricated construction projects of 400,000 square meters per year, accounting for 27% of the city's construction capacity. Among them, Hebei Yongxiang Integrated Housing Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 925 million yuan, has developed into a leading enterprise in the whole industry chain, and is the prefabricated construction industry base in Hebei Province. Lulong County has been identified as the first batch of prefabricated construction demonstration counties in Hebei Province.
