Shandong: Longshan Huafu Project Passes Pre-evaluation of Prefabricated Building

On September 15, 2020, Qingdao Yongshengde Real Estate Co., Ltd. organized and invited the Jimo District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and related experts to conduct a pre-evaluation meeting for the prefabricated building of the Longshan Huafu Project.

The Longshan Huafu Project is located north of Lanao Road, west of Datian Road, east of Changguang Road, and south of Xinxing Road, Longshan Sub-district Office in Jimo District, with a total construction area of approximately 149,000 square meters. Among them, 6, 8, 9, 13, and 17 residential buildings are constructed using prefabricated technology, with a total prefabricated building area of approximately 32,000 square meters. They are designed to assemble a monolithic reinforced concrete shear wall structure, using prefabricated sandwich insulation shear wall panels, laminated panels, prefabricated stairs and other parts. Through integrated design, adopting the technical methods of integrated retaining wall and thermal insulation, non-load-bearing retaining wall non-masonry, full decoration, and standardization of nodes, the single assembly rate is about 51%.

Experts attending the meeting listened to the prefabricated architectural design reports of Qingdao Yongshengde Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Beiyang Architectural Design Co., Ltd., the construction units of the above-mentioned projects. Technical discussions and exchanges were conducted on professional issues and participants from construction and design units, and finally formed expert pre-evaluation opinions. The project passed the pre-evaluation of prefabricated buildings.
