Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province launched a special inspection of ready-mixed concrete and prefabricated prefabricated components production enterprises

In order to further improve the quality of ready-mixed concrete and prefabricated components in Taizhou and ensure the quality of construction projects, the Taizhou Construction Bureau recently organized a quality management inspection of ready-mixed concrete and prefabricated components manufacturers.

This inspection was divided into 4 inspection groups, which respectively conducted key inspections on 65 ready-mixed commercial concrete and prefabricated production enterprises in the city. The inspection content mainly includes the staffing of the enterprise, production quality control, instrument and equipment management, factory inspection management, raw material sampling inspection, on-site slump test, physical structure coring, etc.

In response to the problems found in the inspection, the inspection team requires all relevant enterprises to effectively improve their ideological understanding, draw inferences from one case to another, and implement the rectification one by one. And strictly in accordance with the relevant national industry standards and "Taizhou City Ready-mixed Concrete Quality Management Implementation Rules" for quality management, and constantly improve the quality of ready-mixed concrete products.

In the next step, Taizhou Construction Bureau will further strengthen the supervision and inspection of ready-mixed concrete and prefabricated components production enterprises, seriously investigate and deal with irregularities, and make every effort to ensure the quality of construction projects.
