Xi'an Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau held a work scheduling meeting for green buildings and prefabricated buildings in May

According to the deployment of key tasks in nine aspects of Xi'an, in order to improve the quality of the ecological environment and fully implement the requirements for the development and improvement of green buildings and prefabricated buildings in 2022, on the morning of May 17,  Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held a work scheduling meeting for green buildings and prefabricated buildings in May through an "online + offline" approach. The leaders and business leaders of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of various districts, counties, Xixian New District, and development zones participated in the online meeting. .

The meeting informed the recent development of green buildings and prefabricated buildings in Xi'an. Most districts, counties, and development zones have issued the "Green Building Creation Action Work Plan" based on local conditions. The development of green buildings and prefabricated buildings has steadily improved, but some districts and counties still have problems such as unclear regulatory measures, unspecific management methods, and inadequate rectification of problems.

The meeting listened to the recent reports on the development of green buildings and prefabricated buildings in Xincheng District, Yanliang District and High-tech Zone.

The meeting demanded that, firstly, to improve the station position and attach great importance to the development and improvement of green buildings and prefabricated buildings; secondly, to strengthen supervision and effectively rectify problems; thirdly, to perform their duties and carry out evaluation and verification work on a regular basis.

The meeting emphasized that all units should establish a "three-in-one" work idea that is guided by key tasks in nine aspects, with the improvement of ecological environment quality as the main line, and the development and improvement of green buildings and prefabricated buildings as breakthroughs. Continue to promote the work supervision mechanism of weekly liaison, monthly dispatch, quarterly notification, and annual general evaluation, and insist on the work coordination mechanism of "help, lead, police, and promotion" to ensure the orderly development of building energy conservation work in Xi'an city.
