The 116 million listed commercial and financial land in Haitang Bay, Sanya City must be constructed with prefabricated buildings

On May 17, Sanya Natural Resources and Planning Bureau listed a commercial and financial land with a starting price of about 116 million yuan.

It is understood that the parcel of land is the HT07-06-04 plot of the Sanya Haitang Bay National Coastal Leisure Park. The land area is about 14,700 square meters, the plot ratio is less than or equal to 1, the building height limit is 20 meters, the building density is less than or equal to 35%, and the green space rate is less than or equal to 40%.

The construction of this parcel of land should be constructed in a prefabricated building method, with an assembly rate of not less than 50%, and must comply with the relevant regulations on prefabricated buildings (specifically implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Sanya Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau).

According to the "Supplementary Opinions on the Qualification Conditions for the Bidding of the Haitang Bay Control Regulation HT07-06-04 Plot" by the Sanya Modern Service Industry Park Management Committee, the proportion of self-owned projects to be constructed on the plot is 50%.
