Guangyuan City's first prefabricated construction parts production base is one of the city's key construction projects. It is invested and constructed by Guangyuan Construction Engineering Industrial Construction Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangyuan Urban Investment Group. It is located in Xinghua Village, Yuanba Town, Zhaohua District, with a total investment of 530 million yuan. The project is constructed in two phases. The first phase invests 170 million yuan and acquires 300 acres of land. It mainly builds 30,000 square meters of production workshops and purchases of supporting facilities and equipment, and newly builds 2 automated production lines for precast concrete PC components, 1 fixed formwork line, 1 automatic steel bar production line, 1 fixed formwork line and 1 120 concrete production line. The second phase investment is 360 million yuan, mainly for the purchase of 69,000 square meters of production plants and other supporting facilities and equipment, and the establishment of 4 precast concrete parts production lines, 1 mold production line, and 2 180 concrete production lines.

The project progress

At present, the construction of the production base of prefabricated building parts is in full swing. The main construction of the steel structure workshop and the 120 concrete production line, 2 PC component production lines, 1 steel production line construction, cranes, steam curing, environmental protection equipment and other procurement work have been completed. The 120 concrete production line, the PC component production line, facilities and equipment, and the processing, production and installation of the steel components of the plant are underway. As of the end of August, a fixed investment of 138 million yuan has been completed and trial production is expected to be completed by the end of October. After the completion of the project, it will promote the transformation of urban and rural construction mode and construction industry development mode in our city, improve the utilization efficiency of construction resources, realize the binding targets of energy saving and emission reduction, guide urban and rural construction with green, circular and low-carbon concepts, and promote the transformation and upgrading of Guangyuan's construction industry with technological innovation.

This is a busy scene that reporters saw on September 20th at the site of the first prefabricated construction parts production base project in Guangyuan City.

According to Li Xingwei, deputy general manager of Guangyuan Construction Engineering Industrial Construction Co., Ltd., construction of the first phase of the project started in October 2019 and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation at the end of October 2020. After the first phase is completed and put into production, it can produce 100,000 cubic meters of PC component products annually. Mainly produce prefabricated external wall panels, internal wall panels and shear walls; balcony panels, air conditioning panels, laminated floor panels; straight stairs and circular stairs and other special-shaped stairs, prefabricated beams, columns, bay windows, bay windows, etc. After the project is completed, it can realize annual operating income of 250 million yuan, realize profit of more than 10 million yuan, pay taxes and fees of more than 30 million yuan, and solve more than 200 jobs.

It is understood that "prefabricated building" refers to the transfer of a large number of on-site operations in traditional construction methods to factory production, and transport of manufactured parts and components (such as floor panels, wall panels, stairs, balconies, etc.) to the construction site, and then assemble the prefabricated parts, adopt standardized design, factory production, assembly construction, information management, and intelligent application, which is the modern industrial production method of the building. As prefabricated buildings have many advantages such as safety, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, and standardization, they are emerging industries that the country strongly supports and have developed rapidly in China in recent years.
