On May 16, Shanghai Construction Engineering Building Components (Hainan) Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the JP2022-18 plot in Lingao County, Hainan Province. The land is located in Jinjingang Economic Development Zone, Lingao County, covering an area of 86,203 square meters (129.3 mu), with a total investment of about 260 million yuan to build a prefabricated building PC base. This is the first time that Shanghai Construction Engineering Group's Building Materials Technology Group has entered the Hainan regional market, which will play an important role in promoting Shanghai Construction Engineering to expand the Hainan regional market and help the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.

Plot JP2022-18 is located in Jinjingang Park, Lingao County, Hainan Province. The final transaction price is 26.9 million yuan, and the total investment is expected to be about 260 million yuan. It mainly builds a prefabricated building PC base with a floor area ratio of 0.92 and a capacity area of 79,277.8 square meters.

The construction content of the base project mainly includes the construction of a PC production plants (2 automatic production lines, 2 fixed mold table production lines, 1 steel bar processing production line), a green concrete processing center, a comprehensive office building for education, training and scientific research and experiments, a staff living building, a testing laboratory and other supporting facilities.

In the future, the main functions of the prefabricated building PC base are prefabricated industrial base, education and training center, material research and development base, construction PC display, export trade, etc.
