Now, in Lusong District, Zhuzhou City, the Baiguan 220 kV substation is about to be completed. According to Hunan Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Co., Ltd., this is the first substation in Hunan Province to apply prefabricated cable trenches. With the widespread use of assembly components for power grid construction, the green construction level of Hunan power grid has been greatly improved.

According to reports, in the past, most of the cable trenches were built with bricks and then painted. More than 10 workers were needed on site, and the production standards were difficult to control. The prefabricated prefabricated cable trench can shorten the construction period by 2 to 3 times, save about 80% of manpower, and the craftsmanship is accurate to the millimeter level. During the construction of the project, the use of prefabricated building technology can achieve 70% energy saving, significantly reduce dust and noise, and basically zero construction waste at the construction site.
