The two prefabricated buildings in Sanming City, Fujian Province have capped the entire line!

On May 5th, following the 5# building, the main structures of the 6# and 7# buildings were successfully capped in Mingcheng Jinlan Bay (Phase III). This marks that the project's prefabricated building construction project has achieved important phased results, making the overall construction another important step towards the node construction period goal, ensuring that the construction period is completed on time and with quality.

According to the guidance issued by the General Office of the State Council on vigorously developing prefabricated buildings, Shichengfa Group actively responded to the policy requirements, partially adopted prefabricated buildings in the project, and transferred a large number of on-site operations in traditional construction methods to factories. This is a major change in the construction method, which has extremely important significance and advantages: first, the standardized production of building components ensures quality; second, the mechanized assembly of ready-made components, the project progresses quickly; third, it reduces the waste of materials during construction, and saves energy and is more environmentally friendly.

In the next stage, the project team of Mingcheng Jinlanwan (Phase III) will strengthen the study of related content of prefabricated buildings to ensure the steady progress of the project. The third phase of Mingcheng Jinlanwan is located in the J-08 plot of Guixiyang area, a new city in the north of Sanming. In November 2019, Sanming Urban Investment successfully acquired the right to use the land for 368 million yuan.

According to the plan, the project covers an area of 51,677.25 square meters. It is planned to build 8 commercial residential buildings with a height of 26 floors, of which 1, 2, 3, 7, 9, and 10 buildings have 2 elevators and 4 households, and 5 and 6 buildings have 3 elevators and 6 households.
