It was learned from the website of Haikou Municipal People's Government that the assembly rate of the Anju Housing JDZH-02-A09-2 plot project proposed by Haikou Jiangdong New District Anju Real Estate Co., Ltd. meets the requirements of the "Evaluation Standard for Prefabricated Buildings" (GB/T51129-2017). 3% of the above-ground construction area will be rewarded, with a total reward area of 886.59 square meters (not included in the calculation of the floor area ratio).
