On April 26, there was less harsh noise and dust at the Haitong intelligent building prefabricated base project site, and the workers were building the steel structure roof of the factory in an orderly manner.

According to Hu Kaixiang, the head of the Haitong Group Office, the project has completed 70% of the overall construction and is about to enter the stage of decoration and equipment installation. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in July this year.

The Haitong intelligent building prefabricated base project is jointly funded and established by Haitong Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Haitong Group) and Hong'an County Urban Investment. This is the first prefabricated building base in Hong'an, marking that Hong'an County has taken a firm step on the road of building industrialization and building intelligence.

A feeling that makes Haitong take root in the red fertile soil

Haitong Group was originally established in Jiangning District, Nanjing City. After 29 years of development, it has become a leading industry in construction engineering, municipal engineering, and decoration. It has the special-grade qualification for general contracting of housing construction projects, and is a comprehensive enterprise group with the right to operate foreign contracted projects and labor service cooperation.

After many on-site inspections, it moved from Nanjing, Jiangsu to Hong'an.

Hong'an is adjacent to Wuhan in the south and Henan in the north. It is one of the satellite cities of Wuhan's "half-hour economic circle". The Haitong intelligent building prefabricated base project is located only 60 kilometers away from the central city of Wuhan. This is undoubtedly the best location for Haitong Group to open the central market.

In November 2019, Haitong Group officially signed a cooperation agreement with Hong'an County.

The overall relocation of the headquarters is both an opportunity and a challenge for Hongan.

How to connect and serve the project well has become a major event in the county. Transfer of personnel qualification certificate, project construction planning and site selection, line relocation in the area under its jurisdiction, compensation for land attachment expropriation, construction permit application... Due to the connection between the two provinces and the coordination of specific details, there were many difficulties in the early stage of the project.

"The difficulties are great, and we are more determined. The county party committee and county government have established a high-standard service team." Yuan Hongbin, deputy director of the Hong'an County Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau, said.

"Talent migration" is the first step. Yuan Hongbin said that due to the inconsistency of construction standards between provinces, the qualification certificates of technicians cannot be used universally. If professionals can't come, how will the technology of the enterprise come? To this end, the special service class went to the superior department eight times to report the situation and ask for support. "At that time, a strategic agreement was found in the early central and southern areas, and the construction qualifications of Hubei and Jiangsu can be shared."

After multiple docking, the qualification certificates of more than 300 technicians of Haitong Group were successfully transferred to the Hubei Information Platform.

A benchmark Headquarters economic driving effect is emerging

In July 2021, at the site of the Haitong Seeking Gold Garden project undertaken by it, the on-site observation activity on the quality and safety of construction projects in the southeastern Hubei area was successfully held.
