Recently, the first prefabricated talent apartment project in Feixi County successfully passed the completion acceptance. Feixi Talent Apartment Project (Penglai Yufu) is a key construction project in Feixi city to implement the strategy of strengthening the city with talents and support and encourage high-level talents to start their own businesses and innovations.

The Feixi Talent Apartment project adopts an assembled integral concrete shear wall system, with an assembly rate of over 50%. The project adopts the EPC project general contracting model, applies new technologies such as BIM technology and new formwork technology, with a total construction area of 300,000 square meters and a total of 27 high-rise residences. There are 1,486 apartments with three bedrooms and two halls, and 370 apartments with four bedrooms and two halls. After completion, 1,856 houses can be provided for nearly 6,000 people.

At the beginning of the project construction, when the epidemic situation was severe and complicated, in order to help the Feixi Talent Apartment project to resume work and production as soon as possible, the Municipal Urban and Rural Development Bureau actively served the project construction, broke the traditional supervision process, and used "online" video for the first time. Organize and hold an expert review meeting for prefabricated technical solutions and assembly rates to improve scientific support for the high-quality construction of the project.

During the implementation of the project, the leaders of the municipal government led a team to observe and investigate the construction of the Feixi Talent Apartment Project, and supervised the on-site quality and safety production work. The competent construction departments at the city and county levels have gone deep into the project site many times, carried out project quality and safety inspections, and supervised the construction-related responsible units. Strictly implement the implementation of the first piece acceptance, first floor acceptance, model acceptance, factory supervision, key job training and other systems of engineering construction, which has laid a solid foundation for the high-quality construction of the project. Up to now, the project has successively won honorary titles such as Anhui Province Construction Safety Production Standardization Demonstration Site, China Construction Industry Association National Construction Project "Safety Production Standardization Site", and the Third Prize in the Comprehensive Application Category of the Second Engineering Construction Industry BIM Competition.
