The first Great Power Craftsman Innovation Exchange Conference is being held in Shenzhen, focusing on the "black technology" in the field of people's livelihood and housing.

It is understood that the conference is hosted by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and undertaken by the Guangdong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, and the China Staff Technology Association. The conference reflects the process of China's industrialization and showcases the achievements of China's industry and China's manufacturing in the development.

In the exhibition area of the National Model Worker and Craftsman Talent Innovation Studio focusing on prefabricated technology - Su Xianxin Model Worker Innovation Studio of China Construction Second Bureau, three models representing prefabricated research results were exhibited, explaining the technological support behind the "good housing" for the people in affordable housing.

The studio's first model at the exhibition presents the production line of prefabricated components, reflecting the entire process of prefabricated components production. The prefabricated components go through the processes of drawing deepening, mold installation, reinforcement installation, concrete pouring, component steam curing, component demoulding, etc., to complete the assembly line production.

Prefabricated components are processed in the factory and then transported to the site for “building block” construction. Prefabricated shear walls, prefabricated laminated panels, prefabricated stairs, etc. are also standardized in the factory, and are effectively assembled and connected after arriving at the site to achieve the effect of one-time excellence, energy saving and environmental protection.

According to Su Xianxin, the head of the studio, "The prefabricated process with prefabrication as the core can not only improve the quality of residences on the basis of controlling costs, but also realize green construction in a series of links."

How to organically combine prefabricated technology with the "three major constructions" of efficiency, leanness and intelligence is also the direction of the studio team's efforts.

Through the establishment of a "promotable and replicable" affordable housing industrialized building structure technology integration system, the "housing industrialization fully prefabricated integrated frame structure comprehensive construction technology" has been launched to improve the quality and efficiency of the project. At present, the technical system has been successfully applied in 8 prefabricated affordable housing projects.

At the same time, the smart construction site platform developed by the studio can grasp the progress of the whole process of the project, and the construction unit, supervision unit, and construction unit can view the platform information on the "cloud".

As a pilot project of affordable housing industrialization, the prefabrication rate of Dingjiazhuang Phase II affordable housing project exceeds 30%, and the prefabrication assembly rate exceeds 60%. The main structure and interior decoration of the project are standardized and modularized. The standardization of the project units is high, and 100% assembly and decoration have been realized.

According to reports, in the traditional decoration, a 55-square-meter building takes at least two or three months, but after the prefabricated decoration, 3 workers can complete it in 10 days, which improves the overall progress of the "finished house" delivery.
