Anhui: To build a prefabricated construction industry base for the Yangtze River Delta

The official website of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Anhui Province reported on September 14 that 7 departments including the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Anhui Province, the Development and Reform Commission, and the Department of Education have recently jointly issued the "Green Building Creation Action Implementation Plan". The "Plan" proposes that by 2022, the proportion of green buildings in urban new buildings will reach 70%.

Regarding the promotion of assembly-based construction methods, the "Plan" proposes to adhere to the principles of quality and safety and assembly if appropriate, and select assembly-style construction technology suitable for the region according to local conditions; Taking government-invested residential projects such as affordable housing projects as the starting point, step by step advance prefabricated concrete structures and gradually increase the assembly rate; Focusing on public buildings and industrial buildings, vigorously promote the prefabricated steel structure technology system; Advocate the application of light steel structure and wood structure in tourism and vacation, garden landscape and antique building projects; Actively create national and provincial prefabricated construction industrial bases, strengthen industrial layout guidance, and strive to build a prefabricated construction industrial base for the Yangtze River Delta.
