1 hour "climbing" one floor, "residential building machine" unveiled in Wuhan

With a construction area of 500 square meters and a single-layer equipment rack weighing 200 tons, relying on 11 fulcrums, it can complete 2.9 meters in 60 minutes, that is, the "growth" of one floor, which is 2 days more efficient than the traditional climbing frame. Recently, the reporter witnessed the construction site of the Qiaokou Yijiadun project of four "residential version" aerial building machines independently developed by the Central State-owned Enterprise China Construction Third Bureau. In the next 10 months, the equipment will help the construction of the largest prefabricated demonstration project in the city center.

On April 8, the reporter came to the project site and saw from a distance that the residential building was "wearing" an orange-red "square hat", enclosing the top of the building in a circle. The reporter climbed up to the location of the building machine on the 7th floor, and saw a construction area enclosed by a blue protective net under the red "hat". The construction of this floor is basically completed, and workers are dismantling the internal formwork, supports and other materials.

According to Deng Liangsheng, the technical director of the project, whenever the construction of a floor is completed, the traditional method is to "heighten" the outer climbing frame, that is, add a layer of scaffolding upward. At the same time, all the formwork and other materials on the already built floors are demolished and transported manually or by tower cranes to the new floor, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.

After using the "air building machine", the operation frame does not need to be manually erected. The construction area passes through the jacking platform, and the 2.9-meter "rise" is completed within 60 minutes. All materials can be hung on the top equipment rack and "go to" the new floor like "taking the elevator".

The reporter saw that there is a "mechanical arm" in the middle of the building machine, and the traditional construction site pouring concrete needs to be done manually on site. The remote-controlled version of the "robot arm" requires almost no labor and can precisely pour anywhere on a 500-square-meter floor.

Building machines can be called "treasure boxes" in construction equipment. According to the actual needs of construction, they "carry" all kinds of new equipment: For example, the shed can be opened and closed, and concrete can be poured in rainy days; the automatic sprinkler system can effectively reduce the on-site dust; the formwork robot arm can automatically complete the formwork construction; the measuring robot can automatically measure the corresponding points and complete the lay-out...
