The first prefabricated ecological retaining wall in Guangdong Province officially started construction

Recently, the prefabricated ecological retaining wall designed by Guangzhou Traffic Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guangzhou Communications Investment Group, officially started construction. The project is located in Paitan Town, Zengcheng District, and is also the first prefabricated ecological retaining wall project in Guangdong Province.

The reporter learned that the prefabricated retaining wall like building blocks has many advantages over the traditional gravity retaining wall:

First, in terms of project implementation, the assembly process is simple, the labor cost is low, and the construction period can be shortened by more than 60%;

Second, in terms of product quality, customized molds are standardized in industrial production, and the quality is more guaranteed;

Thirdly, in terms of ecological environment protection, the concrete pouring amount can be saved by more than 80%, the environmental pollution of the construction site is very little, and the ecological environment can be restored and reconstructed quickly;

Fourth, in terms of landscape effect, the green plant coverage is fast, and the landscape effect is immediate. With the green plant drip irrigation system, the later maintenance cost is further reduced.
