It is reported that the key tasks of building energy conservation and green building development in Ganzhou include improving the energy efficiency of new buildings, promoting the high-quality development of green buildings, and further improving the quality of construction projects., promote the energy-saving renovation of existing buildings and the application of renewable energy buildings, vigorously promote the construction of building energy consumption monitoring systems, and actively promote the application of green building materials.

The notice pointed out that actively promote the implementation of the 65% energy-saving standard for new urban residential buildings within the city, and unify the design of building energy-saving structures and energy-saving calculations. For new civil construction projects with a total construction area of more than 5,000 square meters (the phased projects are calculated as a whole), the green building standard of one star or above shall be implemented. For projects that do not meet the green building standards, they will not pass the acceptance inspection; for projects whose green building measures do not meet the requirements of the construction drawing design documents, they will not pass the completion acceptance. Vigorously promote the use of green building materials, promote green construction, promote the recycling of building materials resources, and improve the efficiency of resource utilization.
