Recently, the construction project of the Guangdong Provincial Emergency Command Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Command Center") in Guangzhou has ushered in new progress. Xu Zhengyu, project manager of China Construction Technology South China Co., Ltd., the contractor, introduced that at present, the project has removed the outer frame and tower crane, and the interior decoration has been carried out simultaneously, and the construction of the command center has been accelerated.

The command center will integrate multiple functions such as emergency duty

The command center is a provincial key project, which is of great significance to Guangdong in the new era to improve emergency management, realize rapid and effective handling of emergencies, and build a "digital government".

The command center has a total construction area of 13,677 square meters, a building height of 30 meters, and a total of 5 floors. The building structure can achieve a level 8 earthquake resistance and a level 14 typhoon resistance. After completion, it will integrate the functions of emergency duty, information receiving and reporting, monitoring and early warning, consultation and decision-making, command and dispatch, disposal and rescue, social mobilization, disaster relief and resumption of production, and comprehensive coordination, and become the digital brain center and emergency command center of Guangdong. This can not only achieve interconnection with the national emergency command center, but also vertical interconnection with the Pearl River Delta and the four regional rescue centers in eastern, western and northern Guangdong, as well as emergency command centers in various cities.

Horizontally, it realizes the linkage and cooperation with member units of various emergency response headquarters, etc., to deal with various emergencies such as natural disasters, safe production, social security, public health, etc. in the first time. And have the ability to deal with three major disaster accidents at the same time, in line with the development requirements of "big emergency, all disasters, and quick disposal".

Prefabricated construction method achieves low carbon, high efficiency and savings

A highlight of the command center is the adoption of a new prefabricated construction method.

Mainly through the use of the "concrete-filled steel tubular column + steel beam + BRB buckling restraint support + steel truss floor deck" structural system, the goal of 91% assembly rate has been achieved, and it has become a project with a high assembly rate in Guangdong Province.

In addition, the ALC lightweight partition board + light steel keel system used in the wall of the project, and the slot-free setting of electromechanical pipelines, etc., make the wall can be modularized and the product quality is higher.

At present, the command center is rated as an AAA-level prefabricated building with a design life of 100 years. Compared with traditional construction methods, the green, low-carbon and environmental protection characteristics of prefabricated buildings are more prominent.

The project utilizes the surrounding supporting building facilities to achieve efficient land use. In the construction process, prefabricated construction can effectively reduce the generation of dust and construction waste, improve the construction environment on site, and reduce the amount of materials such as turnover materials.

At the same time, the hydraulic integral lifting technology used in the installation of steel components, roof trusses and overweight steel beams is more efficient and economical than traditional construction. In addition, the use of green materials, the design of the building's regular and square shape, the use of noise reduction and sound insulation methods, etc., all practice the construction concept of green, low-carbon, economical and environmental protection.

TMD seismic isolation system realizes the building's eighth-level earthquake resistance

Another highlight of the construction of the command center is the use of a double-layer tuned mass damper (DTMD) shock isolation system (hereinafter referred to as "TMD shock isolation system").

Xu Zhengyu introduced that the TMD shock isolation system can effectively combine the traditional single tension or compression spring to form a new type of tension-compression spring system that integrates tension and compression. By adjusting the tension and compression of the spring itself, the seismic waves are dissipated, so that the building can meet the seismic requirements of grade 8.

At the same time, during the construction, the command center project takes the intelligent construction platform as the carrier and uses BIM technology to reduce the weight of the digital twin model of construction products and realize the visualization of the mobile terminal.

In addition, the digital design results can be displayed intuitively in the smart construction platform, and the BIM three-dimensional visualization is conducive to the cooperation of BIM technology and on-site construction, and achieves efficient coordination of architecture, structure, electromechanical, interior decoration, and cost. In addition, the project has also created a digital experience area to visually display the construction process of the project.
