China's first green bond with the highest level of prefabricated building certification was successfully issued

On April 2, China State Construction International Investment Group Co., Ltd. This bond is the first green bond with the highest level of prefabricated building certification in China. The bond is based on the Shenzhen International Hotel (Baguang) project. The overall assembly rate of the project is 93.8%, and the prefabricated building rating has reached the highest AAA rating.
