Recently, Changchun City held a "government-school-enterprise" cooperation signing ceremony to fully launch the prefabricated construction professional ability improvement action, and strive to build several vocational training bases in three years. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, no less than 1,000 people of various types will be specially trained each year.

Changchun Municipal Construction Committee, Jilin University of Architecture and Runde Group and other relevant units and enterprises will play local government, universities and enterprises, respectively, resource advantages, focus on training and enhancing the vocational skills of assembly construction employees, the development of Changchun assembly construction industry training programs, the construction of a number of high-level training base, the formation of schools, training bases, enterprises, the trinity of academic education and vocational training in parallel. The schooling pattern with equal emphasis will enhance the vocational ability of the city's assembled construction employees and provide manpower support to promote the transformation and upgrading of Changchun's construction industrialization and industrial structure to the medium and high-end level. Strive to build a number of vocational training bases in three years, and form a batch of quality majors in design, construction, supervision, cost, senior technicians, etc. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, no less than 1,000 people of various types will be specially trained each year, and the cumulative number of trained personnel will not be less than 1,000. With less than 5,000 people, a vocational training system and practitioners suitable for the construction of Changchun's modern metropolitan area and the development of construction industrialization will be fully completed.
