Drawin Technology's revenue in 2021 surged by 91.4% to HK$2.085 billion

Drawin Technology announced its 2021 annual results. During the period, the group achieved revenue of HK$2.085 billion, a year-on-year increase of 91.4%; gross profit was HK$524 million, a year-on-year increase of 51.8%, and gross profit margin was 25.1%. The annual profit was 139 million Hong Kong dollars, and the profit attributable to the company owners was 132 million Hong Kong dollars; the basic earnings per share were 4.66 Hong Kong cents, and a final dividend of 0.01 Hong Kong dollars per share was declared.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly attributable to the increase in the number of science and technology parks that manufacture and sell prefabricated components put into operation and the continuous increase in production capacity during the year, the increase in revenue from third-party patented technologies and consulting services, and the contribution from the newly added decoration and garden business.

Benefiting from the accelerated implementation of support policies for the prefabricated building industry across China to promote the growth of market demand, the Group adheres to the development strategies of "home-made" and "technology leadership", deeply cultivates prefabricated buildings, continues to deepen production capacity layout, and steadily improves scale and efficiency. The annual output of prefabricated PC components reached 430,000 cubic meters, an increase of 40% from 307,000 cubic meters in 2020; the shipment volume was 417,000 cubic meters, an increase of 33% from 314,000 cubic meters in 2020.
