The viewing meeting visited the Smelter Construction Prefabricated Building Industry Base and the Jiaojian Hanboyuan Project undertaken by Smelter Construction. In the conference room on the fourth floor, the participants conducted on-site exchanges and experience sharing. Zhai Xinming, general manager of Xinye Technology, introduced the general situation of the development of metallurgical construction and the construction of the project. The participants had a lively discussion on the design characteristics of different prefabricated structures, detailed construction points, key construction procedures, and the development direction of prefabricated structure technology.

In the afternoon, the observation group arrived at the Jiaojian Hanboyuan Project, the first prefabricated housing demonstration project of the EPC general contracting model in Xinjiang. The total construction area of this project is 97,478.79 square meters. The structure type adopts prefabricated steel-concrete composite structure and prefabricated concrete shear wall structure. The overall assembly rate of the project reaches 80%.

Accompanied by Wang Guosheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, Guo Hongbin, Executive Deputy General Manager and other leaders, the observation group entered the site to observe and study on the spot. They visited the safety experience area, the prefabricated building component display area, the BIM exhibition area, the prefabricated concrete residential exhibition area, and the construction site of the prefabricated steel structure residential area.
