Three prefabricated construction industry bases in Qingdao City, Shandong Province were randomly checked, "two excellent and one good"

A few days ago, the Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Notice on the Evaluation of the Implementation of Provincial Prefabricated Construction Industry Bases in 2021". In the evaluation of provincial industrial bases, 3 bases in Qingdao were randomly checked, and after on-site evaluation, the excellent results of "two excellent and one good" were obtained.

In recent years, Qingdao has actively promoted the development of construction industrialization represented by prefabricated buildings, and promoted the linkage development of upstream and downstream industrial chains. Up to now, the city has cultivated 16 prefabricated construction industrial bases, including 11 provincial prefabricated construction industrial bases and 2 national prefabricated construction industrial bases.

In the on-site evaluation, the expert group of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development conducted a material review and on-site investigation in accordance with the "Key Points of the Inspection and Evaluation of the Prefabricated Building Industry Base in Shandong Province". Comprehensive verification of work objectives, main tasks, completion of implementation plans, establishment of technical systems, R&D innovation, operation management, etc., fully affirmed Qingdao's prefabricated construction industry base.
