The first national prefabricated building industrial park in Jiangxi Province settled in Nanchang County

Recently, the Wuyang Prefabricated Building Industrial Park in Nanchang County was recognized as the second batch of national prefabricated building industrial bases (park category), becoming the first and only prefabricated building industrial park in Jiangxi Province to receive this honor.

The Wuyang Prefabricated Building Industrial Park in Nanchang County was planned to be established in December 2011, formerly known as the Wuyang Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Pioneer Park in Nanchang County. In June 2016, the State Council and the provincial government issued guidelines for promoting the development of prefabricated buildings. Nanchang County decided to transform the Wuyang Small and Medium Enterprise Pioneer Park to develop the prefabricated building industry. The total planned area of the park is 7.68 square kilometers. At present, there are 32 enterprises in the park, focusing on the introduction of 25 prefabricated construction enterprises with a total investment of 12.2 billion yuan and an area of 2572 mu. Including 8 leading national prefabricated construction enterprises, like Yuanda Residential Engineering, Hangxiao Steel Structure and Mindris and 2 prefabricated construction research institutes. In 2019, the total output value of the prefabricated construction industry chain in Nanchang County exceeded 10 billion yuan.
