Sany Group and BBMG signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On March 15, BBMG Group and Sany Group held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Zeng Jin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, and Xiang Wenbo, Secretary of the Party Committee of Sany Group and Chairman of Sany Heavy Industry, attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches. Zheng Baojin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of BBMG, and Xiang Ruan, Senior Vice President of Sany Group and Chairman of the Engineering Vehicle Division, signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" on behalf of both parties. Jiang Yingwu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Executive Director and General Manager of BBMG Group, witnessed the signing ceremony. Facing the future, the two parties will carry out all-round in-depth cooperation in the fields of new building materials products and services, prefabricated systems, construction vehicles, construction machinery products and services, digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing, and logistics and transportation services.

Xiang Wenbo said that BBMG is a large state-owned holding industrial group in Beijing and an A+H overall listed company, with a good momentum of high-quality development. Sany Group has seized the meeting point of two great opportunities, the Chinese Dream of the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Fourth Industrial Revolution by General Secretary Xi Jinping. Adhering to the "three modernizations" development concept of "digitization, electrification, and internationalization", it proposes the "three threes" development goals of "300 billion yuan in sales, 30,000 R&D engineers, and 3,000 workers". In terms of future development concept, it is highly compatible with BBMG Group, and both parties have broad prospects for cooperation. It is hoped that through this strategic cooperation signing, the two parties will establish a long-term, comprehensive, mutually beneficial and win-win strategic cooperative relationship and achieve new achievements in the development opportunities of the new era.

As a diversified building materials industry group, BBMG has made active explorations and achieved phased results in the large building materials industry, large real estate, equipment manufacturing, commerce and other industries since it began to promote the transformation of digital intelligence in 2020. Facing the "14th Five-Year Plan", BBMG will be guided by the five-year action plan for digital-intelligence transformation, through scientific and technological innovation, digital and intelligent transformation and a new round of state-owned enterprise reform actions, the goal of "entering the world's top 500 and building a world-class industrial group" will be realized. Before the signing ceremony, the participants visited the Sany Corporate Culture Corridor and the first lighthouse factory in the global heavy industry certified by the World Davos Forum - Sany Beijing Pile Driver Lighthouse Factory and conducted in-depth exchanges.
