It is reported that in January 2022, after the centralized production ceremony of the first batch of settled enterprises was held in Lingao Gold Medal Port Park, there are currently 4 prefabricated construction enterprises in normal production, which not only drives the local economy, but also drives local employment.

Zheng Chuanjun introduced that his family lives in Lincheng Town, Lingao County. Before May 2021, he has been doing on-site management on the construction site, with a monthly salary of 6,000 yuan. But every time the construction site is completed, it is necessary to find a new construction site for employment, and the job is not very stable. Later, when he came to work in China Railway Construction, he still did on-site construction management, but the monthly salary was 8,000 yuan, and the work was very stable, so he no longer had to worry about changes.

The total investment in Lingao County is 200 million yuan to build a factory for production, with an estimated annual output value of 300 million yuan. At present, the company's first-phase project (100 mu) has been in normal production, and there are more than 100 workers, of which more than 50 are locals; the company is planning the second-phase project, and the construction area is still 100 mu.

At present, the company has more than 120 employees, of which more than 60 are locals. The factory is producing at full capacity, and the products are mainly sold to various construction sites in Hainan.

Li Songlin said that the reason why the company came to the Gaojian factory was the big policy and the small environment. The big policy is the preferential policy for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, and Hainan's development plan for prefabricated buildings. The small environment is the geographical location of Lingao Jinjingang Industrial Park. The port is convenient for enterprises to export products in the future, and the park has an excellent business environment.

Li Songlin is very optimistic about the development of Hainan's prefabricated construction industry. The prefabricated building has a shorter construction period, less pollution and higher efficiency, which is an important starting point to lead the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. Compared with traditional building construction methods, the components of prefabricated buildings are produced centrally in factories to avoid on-site dust, mud and other pollution, and achieve green construction. At the same time, the production water and formwork can be recycled, realizing energy saving, water saving, land saving, material saving, and significant economic and social benefits. Obviously, prefabricated buildings will be a trend in the construction industry in the future.

According to Hainan Jinfa Industrial Park Development Management Co., Ltd., the platform company of Jinjingang Industrial Park, there are currently 4 prefabricated construction enterprises in the park, including Tuhui Industrial Park, China Railway Construction, Kangzhuang Housing Industry, and Jiangxi Zhite. There are 3 companies that have started construction, including Fanlin Jianke, Beihui Green Building, and Southeast Grid; there are 4 companies to be started, including China Construction Research Institute, Shanghai Construction Engineering, Canada RCM Company, and Zhejiang Natural.

It is reported that the overall planning area of Jinjingang Industrial Park is 20.08 square kilometers. The industrial park control plan has been approved. The construction land in the control plan is 7.68 square kilometers, including about 2.82 square kilometers (4228 mu) of industrial land, and about 2198 mu of land for projects that have been sold or signed. The Hainan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government have positioned the Jinjin Port Park as a demonstration park for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port with three leading industries: new construction industry, marine equipment manufacturing industry, and grain and oil processing and logistics industry. It is one of the eleven key parks of Hainan Free Trade Port.
