Subsidize 20 million funds, Guangxi vigorously develops prefabricated buildings

Recently, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department has started the construction of the prefabricated farmhouse construction project of the village committee building of Badu Village, Xiyan Town, Shanglin County.

It is understood that the prefabricated building has the advantages of high construction efficiency, excellent quality, good flexibility, and the main project and the decoration project can be carried out simultaneously. In order to increase the promotion of prefabricated farmhouses and help rural revitalization, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has carried out the construction of demonstration villages and towns of prefabricated farmhouses. Six villages and towns, including Baiwei Town in Shanglin County, Xiyan Town in Shanglin County, Siyang Town in Shangsi County, and Gaoping Village in Dapeng Town in Pingnan County, have been identified as demonstration villages and towns for prefabricated farm houses in 2021. No less than 10 prefabricated farmhouses will be built in each demonstration village and town, and the prefabricated farmhouses that meet the subsidy requirements will be subsidized at 800 yuan/m2, and the application of prefabricated construction methods in rural areas will be explored in depth.

"Three boards" (prefabricated stair slabs, prefabricated floor slabs, and prefabricated interior and exterior wall panels) are the components with the lowest cost increment and the most mature technology in prefabricated buildings. This year, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region will continue to promote the "three-board" system, on this basis, accelerate the technical research on the application of vertical load-bearing components and prefabricated decoration, and gradually tap and play the advantages of prefabricated construction methods.

In order to improve the technical level and engineering quality of prefabricated construction, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region plans to establish a construction guidance mechanism for prefabricated construction projects this year, relying on the construction industrialization supervision platform to establish a quality traceability mechanism for parts and components, and strengthen quality supervision. In order to reduce the incremental cost of enterprises, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region will also use 20 million funds to provide financial subsidies to qualified prefabricated building parts to reduce the burden on enterprises.

It is reported that in 2021, Guangxi will start 111 prefabricated construction projects with an area of 5,052,400 square meters, an increase of 37.74% over 2020. In 2022, the whole district strives to achieve a 50% increase in the area of new prefabricated buildings in the total construction area of new buildings compared with the previous year.
