Zhejiang | Keqiao District accelerates the promotion of prefabricated buildings to reduce environmental protection

From January to August, the construction area of the prefabricated construction project in Keqiao District was 2.34 million square meters, completing the set target ahead of schedule.

In order to strive to build a model of Keqiao for the construction of a "waste-free city", in recent years, Keqiao District has vigorously promoted the development of prefabricated green buildings. In 2018, it was approved as the first batch of Zhejiang Province's construction industrialization demonstration cities, and was named Zhejiang Province for two consecutive years. The outstanding counties (cities, districts) of the province's construction industrialization were listed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as a pilot area for rural prefabricated steel structure housing and a pilot area for training of construction industry workers, becoming the main position and demonstration area for Shaoxing to promote the modernization of the construction industry.

Relevant statistics from the Housing Construction Bureau of Keqiao District show that since 2017, a total of 7.75 million square meters of prefabricated construction projects have been implemented in Keqiao District. From January to August this year, the construction area of the prefabricated construction project in Keqiao District was 2.34 million square meters, accounting for 44% of the construction area of new projects in the district, and the set target was completed ahead of schedule.

Keqiao District is a "Strong Construction Area" in Zhejiang Province, where the construction industry is very developed. Tong Jian’er, director of the District Construction Management Center, told reporters that after the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Vigorously Developing Prefabricated Buildings", Keqiao District vigorously promoted the development of prefabricated green buildings, strictly implemented the modernization of the construction industry, and realized the full range of prefabricated buildings in urban projects. There are three "full coverage" requirements for coverage, full coverage of prefabricated buildings for government-invested projects, and full coverage of green buildings for civil buildings. At present, 100% of the newly-built civil buildings in the central city of Keqiao are prefabricated, 100% of the residential buildings are fully furnished, 100% of the government-invested civil buildings are prefabricated, and 30% of the new civil buildings outside the city are prefabricated. . Through the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry in recent years, construction pollution has been effectively reduced, and the living environment of Keqiao has been significantly improved.

Tong Jian'er introduced that the next step will be to accelerate assembly-type technological innovation and the cultivation of assembly-type leading enterprises, focusing on the two major industrial parks of Cauchy and Kebei, and steadily promoting the construction of modern housing and construction industry bases and support a group of leading enterprises with strong innovation ability, high level of mechanization and assembly, integrating technology research and development, design, production, and construction. On the basis of the existing national industrial bases such as "Baoye", "Jinggong", "Yadeju", "Jianye Curtain Wall", etc., focus on cultivating "Broad Industrial", "Yuanzhu Technology" and "Zhejiang Green Building ”, “CMEC Integration”, “Tianyi Heavy Stone” and other key enterprises have built a number of industrial clusters and formed a certain scale effect.
