In terms of real estate, Changsha will speed up the destocking of non-residential commercial housing. Focusing on “prospering industries, optimizing supporting facilities, adjusting structure, and reducing costs” and other means of elimination, with districts and counties (cities) as the main body, implement “one strategy for one district, one strategy for one plate”, and make a good combination of non-residential elimination”.
