98 projects in Haikou City, Hainan Province have been approved for prefabricated construction in 2021

As the first batch of affordable housing projects in Haikou to carry out pilot construction, the project accelerated the pace of construction in the early spring. A few days ago, the project was rated as a prefabricated demonstration project in the province last year.

It is reported that the number of houses to be constructed in the Country Garden Meishe Shijia Anju Housing Project is 288, with a land area of 11.35 mu. At present, the main structure of the two high-rise residential buildings has been capped, the climbing frame has been completely removed, and the interior decoration has been completed by 30%. More than 50 workers who have arrived one after another are stepping up interior decoration work such as tiling tiles, laying pipes, and scraping putty powder.

"The application of prefabricated construction technology for interior decoration can improve a lot of construction speed." Weilun Weilun, the project chief engineer of the construction party, introduced that the interior wall adopts prefabricated concrete wall panels to replace traditional block bricks, and combined with the aluminum mold technology, the wall surface quality is guaranteed. The assembly rate of the two high-rise residential buildings in the project is over 53%, and the floors and stairs are also constructed by assembly.

"The use of prefabricated construction not only improves the quality of construction projects, but also improves engineering efficiency and benefits." Weng Weilun said that the prefabricated components are produced by prefabricated manufacturers according to specifications, and the components are transported to the project site and then assembled. Building a house is as simple and convenient as building blocks.

According to the person in charge of the Haikou Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau, in recent years, Haikou City has vigorously developed prefabricated buildings, promoted the optimization and upgrading of the construction industry, and promoted the green development of the city. According to statistics, last year alone, a total of 98 projects in the city passed the review of prefabricated implementation plans, with a prefabricated building area of 8.058 million square meters.
