11 prefabricated construction companies intend to settle in Lingao County, Hainan Province

Lingao County Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau took the opportunity of "checking blocking points, solving problems, and promoting development" as an opportunity to actively promote the development of prefabricated buildings, and achieved phased results. At present, the Neituohui Industrial Park in Jinjingang Park of Lingao County has been completed and put into operation, and four companies including China Railway Construction, Kangzhuang Housing Industry, Jiangxi Zhite, and Panorama Technology have completed the real estate registration procedures. Among them, China Railway Construction, Jiangxi Zhite, and Kangzhuang Housing Industry have been put into trial production or partial production, and some production capacity has been formed. The total production capacity of prefabricated buildings in Jinjingang Park has reached 96,000 cubic meters per year.

Last year, Lingao County, in promoting the prefabricated construction industry, strived to revolve around the project, serve the project, and make way for the project. Vigorously promote the project construction, list the problems encountered by the enterprise during the construction process, break down the problem list into various relevant departments, and actively coordinate the project service work. It effectively solves problems and difficulties for enterprises, and truly adheres to the concept of emphasizing business, pro-business, safe business, and wealthy businessmen, and provides high-quality services throughout the project construction. It adopts a minimalist approval process to achieve "signing the contract in the same year, acquiring the land in the same year, starting the construction in the same year, and putting into production in the same year", making every effort to create a first-class environment that is conducive to project construction.

It is understood that since 2018, 43 companies have signed contracts to settle in Jinjingang Park. Among them, there are 11 prefabricated construction companies, and 11 prefabricated companies that are negotiating and intending to sign contracts. In 2021, the total output value of the prefabricated production enterprises that have been put into operation in Lingao County will be about 300 million yuan, and the tax payment will be about 30 million yuan. According to the estimated production capacity of 11 prefabricated enterprises that have signed contracts, about 210 million yuan in tax revenue will be achieved in 2022.
