China's first prefabricated building intelligent manufacturing cloud platform unveiled in Tianjin

The country’s first prefabricated building intelligent manufacturing cloud platform was unveiled in Tianjin on September 11. This open cloud platform designed and launched by MCC Tiangong Group will be committed to accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, improving quality and efficiency, and comprehensively improving the level of intelligent construction.

In May 2020, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China released the "Overview of Prefabricated Building Development in 2019", showing that the average annual growth rate in the past four years was 55%, showing a rapid development trend. According to the analysis of the status quo and development trend of China's civil construction industry, the prefabricated construction market capacity can reach 5 trillion in 2025.

Known as "building a house like building blocks", the prefabricated building has entered the public's field of vision and rapidly developed into a new type of industry by virtue of its significant advantages in saving resources and energy, reducing construction pollution, and improving labor production efficiency. Hei Jinshan, chairman of Tianjin Construction Industry Association and director of China Construction Industry Association, said that behind the good development trend of the prefabricated construction industry, there are still pain points that cannot be ignored, such as low standardization, insufficient construction model innovation, lagging information development, and insufficient integration of industrial chain resources. The industrial Internet is the ecology of the world's construction industry and the future of the construction industry. The prefabricated construction industry urgently needs to build an open prefabricated building intelligent manufacturing cloud platform for the whole society.
