Hefei City, Anhui Province issued the first notification and commitment system green building plan review opinion

On the morning of February 10, the Hefei Urban and Rural Development Bureau issued a green building plan review opinion on the "Dongda Reservoir Water Source Protection Area Sanjigangji Town Phase III Reconstruction Site Project" in the form of a notification commitment system. In order to actively implement the "Several Policies of Hefei City to Increase the Efficiency of Stabilizing Enterprises and Enhancing the Efficiency to Achieve a Good Start", our bureau implements the notification and commitment system for approval of key projects declared, and distributes the approval opinions to the enterprise as soon as possible to help the enterprise achieve a "good start". On the same day, Hefei Urban and Rural Development Bureau issued a total of 3 review opinions on the notification and commitment system green building plan, and 3 beneficiary enterprises with a total construction area of 571,000 square meters.

The implementation of the notification and commitment system not only allows enterprises to obtain certificates in advance, but also greatly reduces the time for approval and completion, and accelerates the construction progress of engineering projects. The notification and commitment system has also changed the original heavy pre-examination review to the important post-event supervision, forming a management model of lenient progress, strict control, mutual supervision, and mutual restraint. After the enterprise informs and promises to obtain the approval opinions of the plan, the Hefei Urban and Rural Development Bureau will strengthen the supervision during and after the event, and urge the applicant to fill in the missing information within a time limit according to the commitment requirements, so as to ensure that the review opinions of the green building plan are implemented.
