Construction of Shenzhen's first prefabricated "Sky Factory" project begins

At the beginning of the Spring Festival in 2022, the first prefabricated "Sky Factory" project of Shenzhen Pingshan New Energy Automobile Industry Base will resume production in an orderly manner. The industrial park is located in Kengzi Street, Pingshan District, Shenzhen, with a total area of 107,800 square meters. After the project is completed, it will provide 321,000 square meters of industrial space.

Walking into the construction site of the park, the workers are busy with construction, and the prefabricated factories are quickly built. According to Lu Xiaotong, project manager of China Construction Technology Group Pingshan New Energy Automobile Industrial Park, the main structure of buildings 1-3 in the first phase of the project has been capped. It is expected to be completed and delivered by the end of this year and put into use. The second phase of the project is expected to cap the main structure by the end of this year, and be completed and delivered by the end of next year.

These factories under construction also reveal the "black technology" of CSCEC's prefabricated construction. It is understood that each tower of the 100-meter high-rise prestressed hollow slab demonstration project has the characteristics of high main structure, large span and heavy load, with a maximum span of 12 meters. The load of the first three floors of the factory building is 2.5 tons/square meter, and the standard layer is 650 kg/square meter. By using prestressed hollow-core slabs for standard floor slabs, the effect of free formwork and support can be achieved, which is not only easy to install, fast to construct, but also greatly shortens the construction period.

In addition, as the first project in the central start-up area of Shenzhen's new energy (automobile) industrial base, Pingshan New Energy Automobile Industrial Park not only takes advantage of the advantages of China Construction Technology's intelligent construction and green construction, but also combines the location advantages of Shenzhen Pingshan new energy industry development. While building an intelligently built and fully assembled skyscraper factory, it is also necessary to build a benchmark demonstration area for the new energy vehicle industrial park that leads the country. Build a new energy vehicle technology innovation center integrating R&D office, light production and other functions to provide support for the leap-forward development of Pingshan's new energy vehicle industry.
