During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, a total of 261 prefabricated building projects were completed in Guizhou Province

Recently, the reporter learned from the Guizhou Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development that during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, a total of 261 prefabricated buildings have been completed in the province, with a construction area of 5.0312 million square meters, and 49 provincial-level prefabricated building demonstration projects. Guiyang City has been rated as a provincial-level prefabricated building demonstration city. In 2020, prefabricated buildings will account for 15.64% of new urban buildings. The effect of pilot demonstration and promotion and application is obvious.

During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the promotion and application mechanism of prefabricated buildings was gradually improved, and the "Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the People's Government of Guizhou Province on Vigorously Developing Prefabricated Buildings" (Qian Fu Ban Fa [2017] No. 54), "Interim Measures for the Quality and Safety of Prefabricated Construction Projects in Guizhou Province" (Qianjian Jiantong [2019] No. 37), "Guizhou Province Prefabricated Building Project Pricing Quota" (2018 Edition), "Guizhou Province Prefabricated Building Evaluation Standard" (DBJ52/T100-2020) and other documents and standards was issued, which has effectively promoted the development of prefabricated buildings in Guizhou Province.

During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, a total of 7 national-level prefabricated construction industrial bases such as Guizhou Jianhe Yuanfang Forestry Investment and Development Co., Ltd. have been built in the province, and 10 provincial-level prefabricated construction industry bases such as China Construction Technology Co., Ltd. Guizhou Branch and Guizhou Hengke Construction Technology Co., Ltd. There are 32 prefabricated building component manufacturers in the province, with 80 production lines. The design production capacity of prefabricated concrete components is 4.75 million cubic meters, the design production capacity of prefabricated steel structural components is 1.994 million tons, and the designed production capacity of prefabricated wood structural components production line is 3.01 million cubic meters, which has laid a good foundation for the promotion and application of prefabricated building technology projects.
