Shenzhen's first high-rise industrial and public prefabricated buildings using pair of T board successfully hoisted the first batch of pair of T board

On August 31, the first batch of double T boards of the Shenzhen Fubao Technology Ecological Park project was successfully shipped and successfully hoisted. The Shenfubao Science and Technology Ecological Park project is the first high-rise industrial and public prefabricated building using pair of T board in Shenzhen and even southern China.

Structural performance testing

Before shipment, Shengteng Technology conducts structural performance testing on the pair of T board of the Shenfubao project. The test adopts step-by-step loading to the ultimate state load design value (Qd) of the prefabricated component's bearing capacity. The cumulative loading is 9 times, the actual loading reaches 42161kg, and 843 sandbags are used.

The board surface load reaches 20.75kN/㎡.

The test was a complete success.

About project

This project is located in the bonded area at the intersection of Pingshan Avenue and Danzi Avenue, Pingshan District, Shenzhen. It includes a multi-storey factory building, 3 high-rise factory buildings, 4 multi-storey office buildings and 8 factory buildings and office buildings. The capacity building area is 58,800 square meters, including 46,890 square meters of industrial workshops, 11,760 square meters of office buildings, 150 square meters of garbage rooms and public toilets, excluding 14,603.57 square meters of building area; the total construction area is 73,403.57 square meters. In this project, one building adopts a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure, and two to eight buildings adopt a reinforced concrete frame structure. Shengteng Technology provides prefabricated prestressed pair of T board, prefabricated concrete external wall panels, prefabricated prestressed composite beams, prefabricated steel bar truss composite slabs, prefabricated stairs, prefabricated composite floors, prefabricated concrete interior partition walls, etc.

Hoisting site

The successful hoisting of pair of T board in this project marks the first successful application of double T boards in high-rise industrial and public prefabricated buildings. At the same time, it is also an important step taken by Shengteng Technology in the exploration of precast prestressed components in various construction applications. In the future, Shengteng Technology will keep improving and increase the control of product quality, study the wider application range of prefabricated prestressed products, and make greater contributions to prefabricated buildings.
