The Yagang (Phase I) shared property housing project, one of the first pilot projects of shared property housing in Guangzhou, held a capping ceremony on January 18. This is an important node in the construction of the first batch of co-ownership housing in Guangzhou, marking that the first pilot projects of co-ownership housing will be put into use.

It is understood that the Yagang (Phase I) co-ownership housing project is a municipal siege project, located in the south of Yagang Avenue, Shimen Street, Baiyun District. The total land area is 110,000 square meters, the building area is over 280,000 square meters, and the total investment is 2.2 billion yuan.


The project includes 12 high-rise residential buildings and commercial complexes, a 3-story kindergarten, and a 2-story meat market. The three plots are planned to be completed in 2023 and 2024. After completion, 2,880 sets of shared property housing will be provided to help alleviate the outstanding housing problems in Guangzhou.


According to previous reports from Nandu reporters, the project adopts 6 prefabricated construction technologies, including concrete laminated floor technology and prefabricated concrete structure building information model application technology, with an assembly rate of 52.2%. Jiang Xiaoyun, deputy dean of Guangzhou Urban Construction Vocational College, said that the number of prefabricated construction technologies implemented in this project can be said to represent the level of the first echelon of Guangzhou prefabricated construction projects.


The Yagang (Phase I) shared property housing project is a housing project leased by Zhujiang, a subsidiary of Zhushi Group. According to the relevant person in charge of Zhujiang Leasing, in 2021, Zhujiang Leasing has completed the annual investment in 9 siege and village projects, and completed the first prefabricated housing pilot project in Guangzhou and the first BIM technology pilot demonstration project Shifeng Road affordable housing project. Launched Guangzhou's first state-owned long-term rental apartment brand "Zushi New Apartment", supplying more than 6,300 sets of public rental housing, accounting for about 80% of the city's total supply in 2021. At present, it is in charge of 26 affordable housing communities, benefiting more than 200,000 Guangzhou citizens.


In the next step, Zhujiang Leasing will focus on promoting the standardization of housing security construction and the informatization of operation and management, building itself into the largest state-owned housing rental platform in Guangzhou, and helping to realize the progress of Guangzhou's affordable housing business from "living where you live" to "living where you live".
