Whole-process intelligent production of prefabricated building components in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province

In recent years, all parts of Quanzhou have made great efforts to develop characteristic ecological and environmental protection industries and take the road of green development. As one of the key projects of Quanzhou City in 2021, the Zhongmin Jianyan Green Building Industrialization Base Project located in Yongchun has recently completed the construction of the first phase of the 1# and 2# workshops and the installation and commissioning of the domestic industrial automation PC assembly line and flexible prefabricated component production line equipment and put into use. The project is equipped with the province's most intelligent prefabricated automated production line, using the province's first set of automatic marking and moulding manipulators, which will realize the whole process of design, production and delivery of prefabricated building components informatization and intelligence, and the waste pollution of construction sites will be effectively reduced.
