Another batch of prefabricated residential projects in Hefei City, Anhui Province have been delivered and put into use

At the beginning of the new year, the owners of Yuxiu Yayuan Community in Xinzhan High-tech Zone received the keys of the new house in an orderly manner, marking that another large-scale prefabricated residential project in Hefei is about to be put into use, and teachers of Xinzhan Vocational Education City began to move in with bags.

The total construction area of the project is about 270,000 square meters. All residential buildings adopt prefabricated construction technology, and the prefabricated assembly rate is over 60%. The interior decoration standard is delivered, the project is developed and constructed by Hefei Yuxiufeng Real Estate Co., Ltd., and the EPC general contract of China Seventeen Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. In the process of project construction, the advantages of industrialization and informatization of prefabricated buildings have been brought into full play, combined with informatization technologies such as smart construction sites and BIM. The project has successively won awards such as "National AAA Construction Site", "National Green Construction Construction Level Evaluation Two-Star", "Anhui Province Prefabricated Building Demonstration Project", "MCC Construction New Technology Application Demonstration Project", "National BIM Longtu Cup Second Prize" and other awards. Completed 16 invention patents, 1 provincial and ministerial-level construction method and other technological innovations, and actively promoted the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings.

In recent years, the construction scale of prefabricated buildings in Hefei has increased year by year. In 2021, the city's newly started prefabricated building area will exceed 10 million square meters, accounting for 24.8% of new buildings, and the newly started prefabricated building area will increase by 56.8% year-on-year. The prefabricated housing projects have grown significantly. In 2021, the area of newly constructed prefabricated commercial housing projects in the city will increase by 135% year-on-year. A batch of prefabricated affordable housing projects such as Lotus Pond Home, Hongling Garden, Longwang Tanggang, Splendid Caigang and Xindian Garden will be delivered one after another.

The upcoming Binhu Qinyuan project has a project size of 960,000 square meters.

Hefei City has successively issued policy documents such as the "Implementation Rules of Hefei Prefabricated Buildings FAR Incentives (Trial)" and "Interim Measures for the Administration of Financial Award and Subsidy Funds for Prefabricated Buildings in Hefei", "Implementation Guidelines for Tendering and Bidding of Prefabricated Construction Projects in Hefei", "Work Plan for General Contracting Management of Prefabricated Construction Projects in Hefei", "Notice on Strengthening the Quality Management of Precast Concrete Components of Prefabricated Buildings". Further stimulate market momentum, standardize market behavior, and improve building quality.
