Nanchang County, Jiangxi Province: Promote prefabricated buildings to improve project quality

In recent years, Nanchang County has vigorously promoted the development of prefabricated buildings, promoted the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, improved the quality of projects, and released new momentum for development.

The county talent public training base project is a livelihood project that Nanchang County will focus on promoting in 2021, and it is also the first school construction project in Nanchang County to promote prefabricated buildings. Recently, the reporter saw at the project construction site that the construction unit was hoisting the prefabricated laminated panels on the third floor of the training building. I saw that the worker masters hoisted the prefabricated laminated panels made in the prefabricated factory to the third floor under the dispatch of the personnel. The whole process was like "building blocks", and the laminated panels on the entire third floor were all adjusted and assembled in less than an hour.

Feng Mao, the project production manager of Nanchang County Talent Public Training Base, is currently hoisting the third floor of the training building. The teaching building has completed the third floor, the student dormitory has completed the fourth floor, and the main structure is 70% completed.

In recent years, Nanchang County has taken the lead, vigorously developed the prefabricated construction industry, and established the province's first prefabricated construction industrial park in Wuyang, which is positioned as the prefabricated construction industry, opening the way for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry from "big" to "strong". At present, Wuyang Prefabricated Construction Industrial Park has signed contracts with 32 prefabricated construction enterprises, of which 13 have been put into production. A total of 55 prefabricated construction projects have been implemented in the county, with a construction area of over 5 million square meters, which has further improved the quality of construction industrialization and helped Nanchang County's construction industry develop towards high-end manufacturing.
