A world first! The 22-story superimposed large-span green smart factory project broke ground

On November 12, Tongyou Technology Changsha Storage Industrial Park, which was designed by Yang Ying, chief architect of China Construction Fifth Bureau and dean of Design and Research Institute, broke ground on November 12. The project is the world's first high-level stack-type large-span column-free space intelligent factory.

The world's first high-rise stacked large-span factory building


The project was jointly designed by Yang Ying, chief architect of China Construction Fifth Bureau, a national engineering survey and design master, and Mark Jian, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. The world's first high-rise stacking type large-span column-free space intelligent workshop is located in Changsha High-tech Zone. The span of the workshop area is 25.2m×25.2m, and the grid box structure of the orthogonally inclined open-web sandwich panel is adopted, the vertical load-bearing member is the steel grid wall, and the floor cover adopts the orthogonally-slanted open-web sandwich panel.


Digital Intelligence Technology


Based on the leading storage and technological ecological concepts of Tongyou Technology Company, the design team proposed a series of efficient, safe and technological solutions from the aspects of the project site environment, functional space, facade form, and ecological wisdom. The site environment adopts the site low impact development (LID) and rainwater system rainwater wetland strategy, and the functional space plane is free to divide the production space of various scales, which is conducive to the vertical division and integration of the production space, and has great flexibility.

Through the comprehensive analysis of project space, clear height and pipeline through BIM modeling and 3D technology, the design can be visualized in 3D, and the spatial relationship conflict can be solved intuitively.


Green low-carbon energy-saving technology

Referring to the factors of the international green building evaluation system, the project adopts high-efficiency cold and heat source transportation, energy-saving fresh air system, exhaust heat recovery unit, lighting energy-saving, water appliances, etc. Specific facilities and equipment, as well as the application of reusable materials and recyclable materials for water-saving irrigation, etc. Modular vertical greening technology is adopted to improve energy-saving efficiency, external flow field of the building complex under the combined action of wind and temperature, ventilation analysis technology, and optimization of building layout and facade shading system.
