Energy-saving, high-efficiency, prefabricated buildings "accelerate" the construction of this hospital

The Xi'an Children's Hospital Economic Development Zone Project and the Xi'an Red Cross Hospital High-speed Rail New Town Project will soon usher in the full capping of the first phase of the project at the end of May. Facing the challenges of tight construction schedule, heavy tasks and high standards, Jingfa Real Estate applied prefabricated buildings to the construction of the two hospitals, which not only saved resources, but also greatly improved the construction efficiency and ensured the progress of the project.

After many studies, Jingfa Real Estate chose stairs and lightweight partition walls with relatively low cost and mature construction technology as the main prefabricated construction. It is mainly used in administrative buildings and inpatient buildings mainly constructed by building stairs and lightweight partition walls, to ensure that the overall assembly rate of the project is over 30%. The traditional stair construction takes 7 days to complete with the main construction through multiple procedures such as support formwork, steel mesh binding, concrete pouring, and only 2 hours to complete the on-site installation of the prefabricated building. It greatly improves the work efficiency of the project, and can reasonably arrange the production volume of prefabricated parts, reduce energy consumption, and effectively reduce construction costs.

In traditional construction, building materials such as steel bars and concrete need to be transported to the construction site for pouring. The "assembled type" is to first produce "components" such as wall panels and stairs in the factory, and then transport them to the construction site to assemble them like building blocks. Compared with traditional building forms, the construction volume of prefabricated buildings is greatly reduced, mainly for the installation and connection of prefabricated components. As long as the location is accurate and the connection is firm, the quality can be guaranteed, and the basic components of prefabricated buildings can improve work efficiency by 3—5 times.

It is understood that the Economic Development Zone of Xi'an Children's Hospital and the outpatient building of the High-speed Rail New City Project of Xi'an Red Cross Hospital. The emergency and other podium buildings have all been capped, and the inpatient building will also complete the main structure construction in the near future and enter the secondary structural decoration stage. So far, the first phase of the two hospitals will be fully capped. In the construction of the two hospitals, Jingfa Real Estate actively introduced a smart construction site construction system to make the construction safer; adopted new technologies and methods such as "jumping warehouse method" and heaters to ensure quality and promote progress. Use construction methods such as prefabricated buildings and cross operations to improve efficiency; and manage and control the construction period with an effective and dynamic schedule to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
