A few days ago, the first batch of prefabricated building demonstration projects in Gansu Province, recognized by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Gansu Province, Lanzhou Taohuayuan Phase II high-rise commercial and residential building project was successfully topped off. The project was constructed by Gansu Anju Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. The project used shear walls, external infill walls, prefabricated beams, floor slabs, stairs, air conditioning panels and other concrete prefabricated building components, and the project assembly rate reached 69%.

A few days ago, the Standards Office of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Gansu Province organized experts to observe the Lanzhou Taohuayuan Phase II high-rise commercial and residential building project and the Gansu Anju Group prefabricated R&D and production base. Affirmed the project and the company's new breakthrough in matching construction. Yang Zhongping, general manager and chief engineer of Gansu Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., said that the project has realized the overall assembly of concrete throughout the whole process, leading the development trend of prefabricated buildings. Fan Jinren, an expert at China Municipal Engineering Northwest Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., believes that the project has solved the connection problems of various parts and components in prefabricated buildings, which is an important breakthrough. Huang Rui, an expert from Gansu Provincial Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., said that Gansu Anju Group has achieved full coverage of prefabricated construction parts and components, which is commendable.

Gansu Anju Group was established in 1998 and is a national high-tech enterprise.
