According to the announcement and plan, the Yingxu Mansion project of Zhengding Cultural Village is located in Zhengding New District, east to Baipu Street, west to Xincheng Street, north to Cheng'an Road, and south to Sanlitun Road. The land used is residential land. It is planned to build 18 residential buildings, all of which are prefabricated buildings. Among them, the affordable housing is located in a residential building on the 18th floor.

Among them, the residential land area is 44124.04m (approximately 66 acres), the total construction area is 129299.34m, the green area ratio is 35.84%, the plot ratio is 2.0, the building density is 17.41%, and the planned number of households is 890. Among them, there are 580 households with a building area of more than 60m and less than 90m, 272 households with a building area of more than 90m and less than 140m, and 38 households with a building area of more than 140m. The planned population is 2,670, with 921 parking spaces for motor vehicles and 1,863 parking spaces for non-motor vehicles.
