The transformation of 345 old communities in Binhai New District of Tianjin has accelerated, introducing social capital to participate in the transformation of old communities

Recently, the Binhai New Area long-term housing and old community renovation project organized and planned by the Binhai Construction Investment Project Management Company introduced social capital financing and adopted the franchise model construction project to successfully land. It marks the start of the accelerated construction mode of 345 old community reconstruction projects, one of the "Ten Major Projects" in the new district.

The implementation mode of the project is the first in China. The project creatively integrates basic, perfect, upgrade, regional city services, smart parking and some surrounding people's livelihood projects in the field of old community reconstruction. It truly runs through the entire cycle of investment, financing, construction, and operation of old communities, and has built a new model of Bincheng city operation and management that emphasizes both the transformation of old communities and long-term management. By solving a series of issues of concern to residents in old communities, additional facilities for living circles of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 15 minutes have been added for residents. Implement the integration of municipal operation and smart parking in the surrounding areas of the old community, and make every effort to build the Bincheng life service brand, and gradually realize the organic renewal of the old city.

At present, the bid-winning social capital has jointly established Tianjin Bincheng Good Life Service Company with the government-funded representative of a subsidiary of Binhai Construction Investment. In the future, it will meet the needs of the people of Bincheng as the goal to complete the investment, financing, construction and operation of the old community reconstruction project from 2021 to 2025.
