During the interview, the reporter learned that the "year-end report" of Yangzhou's construction industrialization was released: the development of prefabricated buildings in Yangzhou has many bright spots, which have been well received by relevant provincial departments.

The construction industry is one of the six basic industries in Yangzhou, and it has played an important role in promoting the city's economic construction and social development, solving employment, and enriching the people's income. According to the relevant person in charge of the municipal housing and construction department, this year the municipal party committee and municipal government will regard construction industrialization as an important starting point for improving the quality and efficiency, transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. Mobilize the positive factors in all aspects of the city to create a strong development atmosphere and a good policy environment for the industrialization of construction. Focusing on the work target of our city issued by the Provincial Industry Office and the task of creating a national prefabricated building "model city", the city's newly started prefabricated building area this year reached 3.81 million square meters. The newly opened assembly and decoration area has reached 500,000 square meters, and the number of industrialized personnel training has reached 1,690, and various tasks have reached a new level.

"This year is the year in which Yangzhou City has promoted the modernization of the construction industry and has applied for the largest number of provincial demonstration projects, the most complete categories, the most use of new technologies, and has won unanimous praise from the industrialization expert group of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development after on-site investigation." According to relevant experts from the Municipal Housing and Construction Department, Yangzhou will declare 34 provincial-level construction industry modernization demonstration projects in 2021. Among them, 14 prefabricated construction demonstration projects, 3 prefabricated decoration demonstration projects, 9 BIM technology application demonstration projects, and 2 municipal demonstration projects.

"Advancing the level of construction industrialization through scientific and technological means is a highlight of the development of the construction industry in Yangzhou this year." According to the expert in housing construction, all 36 prefabricated construction projects started this year in the city all adopt BIM technology. Through practical application in Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum, Yangzhou Yihe Medical and Health Center and other projects, it not only improves the accuracy of construction, but also improves the quality of engineering construction, effectively shortening the construction period, and has obvious benefits.

According to reports, the current prefabricated construction in Yangzhou is also extending to the field of decoration. This year, 6 projects in Yangzhou City have adopted prefabricated decoration. All residential buildings in the "Greenland Healthy City" project adopt prefabricated wall systems, ceiling systems, floor systems, and floor tile systems. The quality and aesthetics of the model houses have been recognized by the owners.
