Since last year, Ruzhou City has vigorously developed green buildings, and all newly built buildings above designated size in urban and rural areas have implemented green building standards. The city's green building development has entered the fast lane. As of the end of November this year, Ruzhou has completed a green building area of 2.21 million square meters, and its green building performance has reached the advanced level of Henan Province, cities and counties.

In order to develop green buildings, build green homes, and facilitate the construction of ecologically livable Ruzhou, Ruzhou has formulated the "Green Building Action Implementation Plan" and the "Three-Year Action Plan for Green Building Development." According to the "Plan" and "Plan", our city strictly implements a closed supervision and management system for green buildings.

In accordance with the requirements of energy saving, land saving, water saving, material saving and environmental protection, the planning department incorporates green building indicators into the planning and design conditions of construction projects. The construction drawing design unit strictly follows the green building design standards for drawing design, implements the green building into various disciplines such as building structural performance, and clarifies the green building measures and goals. The construction drawing review unit strictly conducts the review in accordance with the green building design standards, and separately lists the review chapters that include the green building design and the special description of the energy consumption of the building in the review report, and clarifies the review conclusion. Those that do not meet the green building standards shall not issue an inspection report, and shall not conduct inspection and filing.
