The first fully equipped residential district in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province that implements the new national prefabricated evaluation standard passed the expert review

Vanke Zijun Community is located at No. 40, Fengshou Road, Chang'an District, with a construction area of 130,000 square meters and a total of 9 residential buildings and 1 commercial building. The design implements the new national prefabricated building evaluation standards. It is the first fully prefabricated residential community in Shijiazhuang City with a 50% vertical component assembly rate. The project was delivered to the owner on September 30 this year.

On the afternoon of December 13, Shijiazhuang City Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau organized experts to conduct prefabricated expert review of the project at the completion stage in accordance with the provisions of the document. The experts at the meeting reviewed relevant materials and inspected the site. After inquiries and discussions, they agreed that the assembly rate of the project reached more than 50%, met the prefabricated building evaluation requirements, and passed the prefabricated building (completion stage) expert review. This is the first prefabricated project in Chang'an District that has passed the evaluation of prefabricated construction experts at the completion stage.
