According to data released by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Fujian Province, during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, prefabricated buildings have started construction of more than 28 million square meters, with an average assembly rate of more than 25%, and some pilot projects have an assembly rate of more than 55%. A total of 19 precast concrete component (PC) production bases have been built and put into production in 6 cities, with an annual design production capacity of 3.09 million cubic meters, realizing full coverage of PC component supply.
