Beijing releases production capacity information for prefabricated parts from July to December 2020

In order to guarantee the supply of prefabricated building project parts and promote the docking of supply and demand, the Beijing Municipal Building Energy-saving Building Materials Office recently released information on the production capacity of prefabricated parts from July to December 2020.

As of the end of June this year, more than 42 manufacturers of prefabricated construction parts and more than 55 production bases have been put into production in Beijing and surrounding areas. Among them, there are 26 concrete parts companies and 39 production bases, with a total designed annual production capacity of 4.21 million cubic meters (22.8% of the city’s production capacity and 77.2% of the production capacity outside Beijing); There are 16 steel structure parts companies with a total designed annual production capacity of 1.53 million tons, all of which are  capacities outside Beijing.

From July to December 2020, the concrete parts will be included in the production schedule of approximately 1,246,400 cubic meters, with a spare capacity of approximately 1,105,300 cubic meters, and the production capacity will exceed 50%; Steel structure parts are included in the production schedule of 417,800 tons, with a spare capacity of 273,200 tons, and the production capacity is over 60%.
